Legal entity service manager


  • Interacts with customers – legal entities.
  • Responsibility for the loyalty of existing customers and attracting new ones.
  • Advises existing and potential subscribers on services, tariffs, terms of connection and maintenance
  • Accepts applications from subscribers, monitors their execution
  • Interacts with the technical department of the Company on connection and customer service issues
  • Negotiates with representatives of legal entities about the possibilities, options and cost of providing them with communication services, concludes contracts, attracts new subscribers
  • Performs outgoing calls to subscribers
  • Issues invoices and controls their payment

Network maintenance engineer

Main responsibilities:

  • understanding the basic principles of computer network operation
  • experience in installation (radio or telecommunications equipment, cabling, electrical or ventilation / air conditioning systems)

Main tasks:

  • maintenance of telecommunication objects
  • repair and restoration work at telecommunication facilities 
  • replacement of out-of-service equipment, reconfiguration of existing equipment, replacement of batteries / power systems / solar panels, replacement of cables, etc.
  • new network object construction (sectors, cabinets, switches, uninterruptible power supply systems, pipe racks, etc.)
  • modernization of radio network projects (replacement of telecommunication cabinets, installation of uninterruptible power systems / solar panels, tidying up the cable infrastructure, etc.)
