In case of problems with the Internet connection and before the contacting of tech support you should:

  • check the power supply of the antenna (if any).
  • check if the router is switched on.
  • check the Internet connection. You have to hook up the network cable (LAN) directly to your computer (if it is possible).
  • Do not press RESET button on any of the devices!.
  • Try to use a wireless connection (Wi-Fi) using another device, if any.

 

Important: The antenna and the router should always be switched on.

if the problem is not solved within 2 hours after the receiving of your application, please contact us again in case of internet connection failure.

If you are having problems with the network connection due to the fault of our staff, and you get the tech support at home in this case, we offer you our repair services for free; if it is your fault, the price of the services starts from € 10, – or higher, depending on the situation
