INSTALLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“Installation" applies in case the Subsriber authorise the Provider to install the Internet Services. 

1. The Subscriber shall provide the information on the tariff plan and the exact location where the Internet Service shall be installed. This information shall be provided to the Operator via e-mail or through the phone. 

2. The Operator may perform the installation review prior to the Installation of the Internet Service in order to determine the serviceability of the Internet Service at the location stated by the Subscriber. 

3. The Operator shall contact the Subscriber to arrange the date of the installation of the Internet Services no later than 1 (one) or 2(two) working days after the serviceability review is completed. 

4. The Operator shall provide to the Subscriber the equipment needed for the provision of the Internet Services. 
     4.1 Operator may provide the equipment free of charge. 
     4.2 Operator may provide the equipment for monthly rent. The monthly fixed payment shall be provided to the Subscriber. 
     4.3 Operator may sell the equipment to the Subscriber. 

5. The Subscriber is obliged to pay the “Installation Fee" and “Subscription Fee" to the Operaton upon the completion of the installation of the Internet Services. 

6. If the Subscriber decided to cancel the installation of the Internet Services or change the date of the Installation of the Internet Services, the Subscriber is obliged to inform the Operator at least 1 (one) day prior to the date of Installation of the Internet Services. 

REINSTALLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“Re-installation" applies in case the Subscriber wishes to transfer the Internet Services to the new address. 

1. The Subscriber shall provide a request for the Re-installation of the Internet Services at the new address to the Provider at least 3(three) working days prior to the prefferable  date of the Re-Installation of the Internet Services. 

2. The Operator may perform the installation review prior to the Re-installation of the Internet Service in order to determine the serviceability of the Internet Service at the location stated by the Subscriber. 

3. The Operator shall contact the Subscriber to arrange the date of the Re-installation of the Internet Services no later than 1 (one) or 2(two) working days after the serviceability review is completed. 

4. The Operator shall collect the equipment  from the previous address of the Subscriber and make the Re-installation of the Internet Services at the new address of the Subscriber. 

5. The Subscriber is obliged to pay the “Re-Installation Fee" to the Operaton upon the completion of the Re-installation of the Internet Services at the new address of the Subscriber. 

6. If the Subscriber decided to cancel the Re- installation of the Internet Services or change the date of the Re- Installation of the Internet Services, the Subscriber is obliged to inform the Operator at least 1 (one) day prior to the date of Re-Installation of the Internet Services. 

RECONNECTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“Reconnection" applies in case the Internet Service is not used by the Subscriber for a period of 1(one) Month. 

1. 1 The Subscriber shall provide the request for Reconnection of the Internet Services to the Provider, if the Subscriber does not use the Internet Services for a period of 1 (one) month. 

1.2 The Operator shall perform the Reconnection of the Internet Services within 1(one) or 3 (three) working days after the Subscriber provided the request for Reconnection of Services. 

1.3 The Subscriber is obliged to pay the “Reconnection Fee" to the Operaton upon the completion of the Reconnection of the Internet Services.


TERMINATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“Termination" applies in case either the Subscriber or the Provider intend to Terminate the Agreement for the provision of the Internet Services. 

1.1 In case that the Subscriber is in breach of any of the terms of the Agreement and/or the Subscriber does not pay any amounts due for any of the Services, the Provider shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement and/or to suspend and/or interrupt the Services with a written notice of immediate effect.

1.2  The Subscriber shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement with a notice in writing within thirty (7) days from the date of finding out any violation of a term of the Agreement by the Company.

1.3 On the termination of the Agreement (for any reason) the Subscriber shall be obliged to return the Equipment to the Provider in good and operational condition within three (3) days from the date of the termination or expiration of the Agreement, otherwise the Subscriber shall be liable to pay the value of the Equipment. In case the Subscriber refuses to return the equipment to the Provider, the Provider is entitled to take legal actions against the Provider. 

1.4  In every case of termination of the Agreement the Subscriber shall be obliged to pay every remaining amount due to the Provider.

1.5 In every case of termination of the Agreement before the expiry of the Initial Duration, if the Subscriber paid the deposit for the equipment, the Subscriber is obliged return equipment in the same condition that he/she recieved the equipment. Otherwise, a refund of the deposit for the equipment is not provided. In any case, the Company is obliged to take the equipment from the Subscriber for its further disposal, for which a deposit is used.

1.6 In case of termination of the Agreement by the Provider, the Provider is entitled to collect the equipment without prior notice to the Subscriber. 

"VOLUNTARY BLOCK" TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

“Voluntary Block" applies in case the Subscriber needs to temporary suspend the Internet Service. 

1. The Subscriber may inform the Provider on the temporary suspension of the Internet Services or temporary suspend( “Voluntary Block") the Internet Services through the personal cabinet. 

2. The Subscriber shall be informed that he/she is able to temporary suspend his/her account one 1 (one) time in 6 (six) months.

3. The Subscriber shall pay a monthly fee for the temporary suspension of the Internet services, if the period of temporary suspension of the Internet Services extend 3(three) months from the date of the temporary suspension activation date.

Upon the end of the initially stated period of the “Voluntary Block" service, if the “Voluntary Block" is not prolonged by the Subscriber and if the Subscriber since then does not use the Internet Service for a period over 1 month, the Subscriber shall provide the “Reconnection" request and pay all the applicable fees. 

TERMS

1. “Subscription Fee” means the non-refundable lump sum fee stated in the agreement which the Subscriber shall pay to the Company upon signing of the Agreement with regards to and/or in relation to the Services.

2. “Installation Fee” means the non-refundable lump sum fee stated in the agreement which the Subscriber shall pay to the Company upon signing of the Agreement with regards to and/or in relation to the provider.

3. “Reinstallation Fee" means the non-refundable lump sum fee stated in the agreement which the Subscriber shall pay to the Company upon the relocation of the Internet Services to the new address. 

4. “Reconnection Fee" means the non-refundable lump sum fee stated in the agreement which the Subscriber shall pay to the Company upon reconnection of the Internet Services.
